By downloading or using ButlerBldr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of service
ButlerBldr is a job management iOS app for contractors provided by B&N Holdings LLC. The app includes free and paid subscription tiers.
Subscription billing
Pro Monthly: $29.99/month. Pro Annual: $249.99/year.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed through your Apple ID. B&N Holdings LLC does not process payments directly — all billing is handled by Apple.
Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Free tier limitations
The free tier allows up to 5 active jobs, 3 quotes per month, and 3 invoices per month. These limits may change with notice.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ButlerBldr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your job, quote, invoice, and client data is stored in your iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. B&N Holdings LLC does not have access to your data. If you delete the app, your iCloud data is subject to Apple's iCloud data retention policies.
Acceptable use
You may use ButlerBldr for lawful business purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app. You may not use the app to store or transmit illegal content.
Intellectual property
ButlerBldr, the ButlerBldr name, and all associated branding are owned by B&N Holdings LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties
ButlerBldr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. B&N Holdings LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B&N Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ButlerBldr. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice posted at butlerbldr.com/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
